Our Training sessions are designed to teach our youth athletes vital life skills such as teamwork, discipline and perseverance and most importantly it’s the perfect way for kids to stay active and healthy in a supportive and safe environment.
To see progress in athletes athletic abilities, we highly recommend they attend our training sessions regularly to ensure consistent improvement. The more athletes participate and practice, the more they'll enhance the skills needed to strive on a Friday night and reach their Personal Best! Friday night is our club meet and competition night where their Personal Bests are recorded and although we have coaches available to offer support and assistance it is not always practical to offer coaching as this can disrupt competition. |
