Little Athletics is a uniquely Australian sport for children 5-16 years. Parent Participation
Parent Participation is a crucial part of Centenary Little Athletics as it helps create a supportive and encouraging environment for young athletes. When parents are involved they can provide emotional support, guidance and motivation to their children, helping them navigate the ups and downs of sport participation. Additionally, parent involvement can enhance the overall experience for the athletes by volunteering, cheering them on and fostering a sense of community within the Centenary Little Athletics Centre. It also allows parents to be actively engaged in their child's athletics journey, promoting a healthy parent child relationship and creating lasting memories together. |
