COACHING SESSIONS

Centenary Little Athletics provide coaching sessions conducted by qualified coaches for registered athletes on Tuesday evenings throughout the competition season. Like any other sports discipline coaching sessions are necessary for athletes to learn and develop skills in a safe environment. Friday nights are our club meet and competition night and although we have coaches available to offer support and assistance it is not always practical to offer coaching as this can disrupt competition.

When: Tuesday 5 - 6pm.
Where: Jindalee Recreation Reserve, Wongaburra Street, Jindalee QLD 4074

Please note these sessions are not run during School Holidays.

LAQ - HANDY HINTS

Little Athletics Queensland have developed these handy-hint sheets of each of the events to help assist parents and coaches with basic coaching tips, rules and how to measure and time.
